If I can't come up with something to paint in my head, then at least I like to recreate as closely as possible images I have captured in a photo, aiming to achieve a likeness with as few brushstrokes and tones as possible.

I hadn't noticed it cuz I'm not thzt much int DA these days, but now I saw ur wonderful art, I swear I feel like going back to my paper and pencils!! I wanna draw!! ;-p really, I couldn't imagine when we were in Bremen I was living next to a great artist like u!! ^^
